We want to be there to answer all of your questions.
If you have a concern or feel something is not right about something we did or a
decision we made, we ask that you submit it to us via e-mail. Your email will be
read by all the coaches and we will get back to you within 72 hours. CoachesCorner08@AllenLacrosse.com.

Hotline
In addition to e-mail, we also
communicate through a central hotline. This hotline is updated on a regular
basis and will inform you of last minute schedule changes and such when the
coaches are not able to reach a computer or if the team is away at a tournament.
At the end of the hotline message you may leave a voicemail.
The hotline is also used to communicate to the coaches and/or board members. The
coaches ask that if a player is going to miss a scheduled event (practice, game,
meeting) that he leave a message on the hotline no later than 2 hours before the
event. If you are able, please send an email and also call the hotline if you
know you will miss an event. This helps the coaches out tremendously when
planning activities.
